Terms & Conditions

• Service — the ZeoTool web application, APIs, dashboards, and any related software or content we provide.
• Account — the credentials and profile created when you sign up.
• Credits — the unit of usage that powers generations (images, audio, video, edits).
• Generations — any output produced by the service from your prompts, references or files.
• Plan — the paid or free tier that determines your monthly credit allowance and features.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use ZeoTool. When you create an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information.
• Keep your password and authentication methods secure and confidential.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, including any generations and any charges incurred.
• Notify us promptly at support@zeotool.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

One account per person or legal entity. Sharing a single account between multiple users, reselling access, or creating accounts to evade limits or bans is prohibited.

You agree not to use ZeoTool to create, upload, store, transmit or distribute:

• Sexual content involving minors (CSAM) under any circumstances.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real, identifiable people without their explicit, documented consent.
• Content that incites violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against a protected group.
• Malware, phishing kits, fraudulent documents, fake IDs, or material designed to deceive.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, trademarks, trade secrets or privacy rights of others.
• Spam, automated mass-generation for SEO manipulation, or content farms.

You also agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or otherwise extract source code, models, weights or training data.
• Bypass rate limits, plan caps, or any technical access controls.
• Use the service to build a competing model or product, or to retrain other models on our outputs.
• Use bots, scripts or third-party tools to automate usage beyond documented APIs.
• Interfere with security, integrity, or performance of the service or its underlying providers.

• Free plan includes a daily allowance that resets each calendar day in UTC.
• Paid plans grant a fixed monthly allowance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Unused credits do not roll over unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific plan.
• Prices are shown at checkout in the currency listed. Local taxes, FX fees and gateway charges may apply and are your responsibility.
• Manual payment methods (bank transfer, mobile wallets) require admin review; your plan activates after approval, which is typically within one business day.
• You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for renewals. To stop renewals, cancel before the next billing date.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which calculates refunds based on adjusted used days — heavy credit usage reduces the refundable balance proportionally. Read that policy in full before requesting a refund.

ZeoTool routes prompts to multiple third-party AI providers (for images, audio, video and editing). Each provider has its own usage policy that also applies when you use their model through us. Outputs are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, biased, offensive, or resemble existing copyrighted material. You are responsible for reviewing every output before using it publicly or commercially.

• Your inputs — prompts, reference images, audio and files you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit and process them solely to operate the service.
• Your outputs — subject to the rights of the underlying model providers and applicable law, you own the generations you create on a paid plan. On the free plan, outputs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Service IP — the ZeoTool name, logo, UI, code, documentation and aggregated analytics remain our property.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service you consent to that processing. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, but no system is perfectly secure.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Scheduled maintenance, model provider outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability.

The service integrates with third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, email and AI models. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those providers, and their terms and privacy policies may apply to the relevant portion of your activity.

• You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that pose a security risk, or where we are required to do so by law.
• On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, liability, indemnity, governing law) continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeoTool, its officers, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeoTool and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your generations, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence unless local law requires otherwise. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and/or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service before the effective date.
