Business hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 UTC+6. Tickets received outside those hours are picked up the next business day in the order they arrived.

Live chat from the app

The fastest way to reach us is the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any logged-in page. You can send text, screenshots and short clips. The conversation stays attached to your account so you don't have to repeat context.

Before you write

To get a faster, more accurate answer, please include:

  • The email address on your account.
  • The tool you were using (image, edit, video, audio).
  • A short description of what you expected vs. what happened.
  • A screenshot or the error message, if any.
  • For billing: the order reference or invoice number.

We will never ask for your password. If anyone claiming to be ZeoTool asks for it, ignore them and report it to security@zeotool.com.
